Plain English: we collect only what we need to deliver your project, we keep it no longer than we have to, and we don't sell it. Ever.
01What we collect
When you submit the intake form or create an account, we collect the details you give us: your name, email, project category, description, deadline, optional budget range, and any files you upload. If you pay, our processor (Stripe) handles your card details — we never see or store them.
02Why we collect it
To deliver your project: to scope it, quote it, communicate with you, and ship the work. We use your email to send quotes, updates, and receipts. We do not use your project data to train models or for advertising.
03How long we keep it
We retain project and account information until two years after a project closes, then delete it — unless you ask us to remove it sooner, which you can do any time by emailing us.
04Who we share it with
Stripe, for payments only. Occasionally a trusted specialist working on your project, under NDA. That's it. We don't share or sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.
