Refund Policy

Fair and simple: free revisions until you accept, a full refund if you cancel before we start, and a pro-rata refund if you cancel mid-project.
01Revisions before acceptance
You don't pay for the final delivery until you accept it. Until then, we revise the work for free within the agreed scope.
02Cancel before work starts
If you cancel after approving a quote but before we begin the work, you receive a full refund of anything paid.
03Cancel mid-project
If you cancel partway through, you receive a pro-rata refund for the work not yet done, and you keep everything we've delivered up to that point.
04Acceptable use
We don't take on academic fraud — work submitted for credit against an institution's policy without disclosure — nor malicious code or illegal content. Projects that fall into these categories aren't eligible for our services.
