The short version: we quote a flat fee before we start, you own the work once it's paid for, and we're based in Colorado.
01How quotes work
After we see your brief we send a flat-fee quote, a timeline, and a plain-English scope. No work begins until you approve the quote. Quotes are valid for 14 days.
02Payment terms
You pay 25% upfront to start the work, and the remaining balance once you approve the final delivery. Payments are processed via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
03Revisions
Free revisions until you're happy, within the agreed scope. Work that expands the original scope is quoted separately before we begin it.
04IP transfer
On full payment, all intellectual property in the deliverables — code, documents, models, designs — transfers to you. Before payment, the work remains ours.
05Limitation of liability
We deliver work to a professional standard, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected project. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
06Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
